With over 20 years of clinical and academic leadership, Elizabeth is a nationally recognized pediatric nurse practitioner and the COO of HIVE Nurse. She oversees curriculum strategy, accreditation, and research integration, bridging the gap between complex data and practical, frontline nursing. A published researcher and dedicated mentor, Elizabeth ensures that HIVE’s educational offerings are evidence-based, regulatory-compliant, and immediately impactful for modern healthcare professionals.

Ashley is a leadership strategist and narrative intelligence practitioner with extensive experience in organizational development, professional learning ecosystems, and workforce transformation. As a co-founder of HIVE Nurse, she designs the strategic vision for the HIVE ecosystem — creating environments where nurses feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Her work centers on the belief that people learn best when they feel connected: to themselves, their purpose, and each other. Ashley brings expertise in reflective practice, human-centered leadership, and adult learning, shaping every element of HIVE Nurse to honor the complexity and humanity of nursing.

She began as a Patient Care Technician at a children’s hospital in 2020, advanced into the PICU as a new graduate nurse, and now continues expanding her critical care skills in perianesthesia.

With 16 years of experience and clinical expertise in case management, she builds structured, research-informed recovery programs that support emotional processing, strengthen coping skills, and guide individualized recovery planning for racial trauma.
